What does each reason for return mean?
· Received Wrong Item:
You received an item which you did not order for OR the item you received is not the same specification with what you ordered for.
On receiving your item, you found out that the item is defective.
· Order Error:
You mistakenly placed an order for an item you never wanted.
Specify any other reason why you want to return a product.
· Damaged Product:
On receiving your item, you found out that all or part of the item has been damaged.
After 7 days, our return policy expires and refunds/returns/exchanges are no longer covered.
